My family waited over an hour, called back, and was told they were extremely late so we should probably request a remake. We did. Then we were told the Pizza Hut we were running this through was closed due to maintenance and have to cancel both orders and refund my money in 5 business days. Zero attempts to remedy the situation and offer us anything for our situation, now it is my children’s bedtime and they still haven’t eaten. Last time we decide to use a crappy Pizza Hut again.
