  The food is delicious however because some people have had issues with thinking their pizza was undercooked (when it wasn't. Papa John's cheese just melts differently.) they started putting the toppings under the cheese which causes them to get soggy. I remedy this by calling after placing my order online to request my toppings be on top of the cheese.

  My mother was trying to make an order online and I was trying to make a separate order and she was going to pick up both orders but on the app it says the store is closed and they told her that they can't match the online deal but they can only do the $10 deal with one topping but you can build any kind of pizza for $10. I'm pretty sure they have that off somehow where they don't get as many orders because they are lazy right now or getting too many orders doesn't matter still bad customer service didn't even try to accommodate

  I eat papajohns like an embarassingly high amount. Love the pizza. I had a gift card for papajohns and it doesnt even work on the app or any of the stores that i went to. So I went to get a pizza and was told I can drive down there and then the gift card still doesnt work. So I used a credit card, which got charged twice. They did void one of them but by the time I got home after trying to figure out the gift card thing with the employee, my pizza was cold. I mean, now I just had a bad experience and I was only getting pizza because I had a gift card. I ended up having to pay for it and I wasnt even able to enjoy it 😒. I want to add that the staff at the location are very helpful, this situation would be either a franchise or corporate leadership issue. Papajohns has been around too long to have an issue like that across multiple stores and the app. The stores crews have always been super great.

  I had a pizza picked up two pizza , they forgot one of the pizza sauce. I checked order before calling. They did make me another pizza. They kept the pizza I brought back. I hope they don't resell it
