While I like their food it would be super cool if I got what I ordered. Poor leadership from the management explains poor execution by the team.

Then instead of making correct sandwich right away. They made food for 20 other people before mine , so by the time I got my sandwich the other people at my table were finished. The remade sandwich had hardly anything on it. Basically just bread. For $73 party of 3, we could have gone to Olive Garden and had unlimited salad and breadsticks with entrees. Our last time at Newks... not worth the money or to be hassled by staff.
