I never got a confirmation email - which I should have checked- but went to pull it up at 6:00 to go pick up my order and nothing. After getting bounced on the app and the website for 45 mins, I decided to go to the location. I was greeted and told- “Nothing we can do- plus we are out of buns.” I explained no buns was fine, as that’s how I ordered everything anyway. After overcoming that hurdle- there was no way to get the BOGO deal, which the solution was to “owe me” a meal next time. Funny part was- employees that “preordered” left with their meals as I came in and 6 others were eating in the restaurant. Poor planning, poor management, and poor execution.

It had pink in the middle so I took it back in and the manager told me that it is not raw that it is the coloration of the meat it's no way to get it out without burning the meat it was more the coloration the meat is supposed to be well done and you can't cook it well done if you rush to fix the food I am really unhappy with my experience with the food and the management
