Jade was particularly helpful while I selected a drink without caffeine and the rest of the staff on the shift was friendly despite being clearly busy with a bunch of online orders. I'm happy to update my review to a 5-star rating when Dunkin allows customers to tip when they pay with a card. Cash tips only for a service-based industry in 2025 is ridiculous.

Sometimes they forget to foam on top of my coffee that they charge me for ..so expect to get it ...and I will tell them. The girl at the window acts like it's going to hurt if she puts the foam on, rolls her eyes and gets an attitude. Do it right the first time and we would have ZERO issues. I'm thinking the Dunkin up the road would be better .
