This is usually my favorite Dunkin in Athens but whoever was working the shift today is genuinely not competent enough to be handling customer orders. I asked for the 5 dollar meal deal and she said it would be $7 dollars. I had to correct her and say it was $5. When they handed me my order my coffee looked awful it only had like 3 ice cubes in it and the sugar wasn’t mixed in at all. On top of that, the hashbrowns I got only had 3 in the bag… so overall, very unsatisfied.

I placed an order online, my order got messed up unfortunately. I called this location and explained to the young lady who answered the phone. She went and got her manager Richard. He got on the phone and told me why I only gotten one type of donut. He was so nice and told me that he would fix it bc was not satisfied with what I received. He was so nice, when I went to pick up my remake the front staff was amazing and so polite. More restaurants should pride their employees on being and nice and polite and professional as this location. Thank yall so much!

I had a really disappointing experience with the manager working the drive-thru. The guy was rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about my order, I was met with attitude instead of help. As a manager, he should be setting an example, but this was the opposite of good customer service. Definitely needs improvement. If I could leave 0 start I would!

He is the best Manager ever.
I really love this Dunkin’ location, and the managers here are great people. That’s why I feel disappointed writing this.
Today, I ordered my iced coffee at 3:43 PM. I waited patiently until 4:00 PM because I could see that the employee was busy packing something. However, even by 4:02 PM, I still had not received my drink, so I politely asked if it was ready.
At that point, the employee acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying and rolled her eyes at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. It was an awful experience.
Another employee eventually made my drink, and she was polite and professional. The issue was not the wait itself, but the rude attitude of the first employee.
I truly like this store and usually have good experiences here, so I hope this feedback can help improve customer service going forward.
