  Placed an order which I waited on for 45 minutes and was never received. When I called for an update I was told the pizza was delivered to wrong person and hung up on. I had to call back to see if they were planning on redelivering or refunding me because they never called or told me. It’s fine not being able to remake the pizza close to closing but giving me no information about the status of my charge or dinner and being hung up on is just poor customer service. Boooooooo

  Last night I ordered from here after I got home from work. Being so tired I fell asleep. My delivery instructions were to hand it to me not to leave it at the door. Unfortunately for me I fell asleep and missed my delivery. By two hours. Naturally I was upset. Thought someone stole my food. Which was probably the case and was very upset. I called the driver. No answer. So I called the store. I told the manager on duty my situation and he was very sympathetic to my situation and he decided to re sent my order out to me. He gave me an eta of 45 mins buy my food was actually delivered within 25 minutes. I am so grateful for this manager. He honestly didnt have to re send my order out but he dididwithbthe up coming storm this was a very important meal for me and mt family. The food was delivered hot and tasty and was enjoyed thoroughly. Thank u to this location and more importantly to the manager and drivers. The roads were beginning to ice over and even tho they technically did their jobs right the first time they didnt blame me for my mistake and rectified the issue with no issues. I just moved to the area and from this point going forward they'll have a loyal customer. A big thank u to the manager on duty on January 24th and to both drivers. Yall are champions in my book!!! 5 stars to yall. Next time I wo t be such a hassle.

  The service at this Domino's store is superb. Nothing compared to the one off Atlanta Hwy next to Groome ( which has a weird/mean older guy that tries to force you to tip the amount he wants, yes, for window pickup!). The one off Baxter St are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. They always deserve a good tip.
