We normally stay away from chain restaurants on this day because they can become so crowded. Having waited til the last minute to plan, we decided to go for an early (5pm)dinner at Carrabba's. The parking lot was full! We thought surely we'd be waiting forever. 20 mins later we were seated and greeted by Parker. He and his crew visited our table often (always with a smile), and timed our courses perfectly! The food was hot and delicious! Probably the best experience we've had at this location! Way to go carrabba's and Parker!
