  Placed an order online and it said it would be ready at 7pm. My husband gets there and has to wait till 7:35 minutes to get the order. He walked out to the car and calls me to make sure he had everything. We did not have everything. We ordered 3 slider apps and a jumbo tator tots. The only thing in the bag was one order of sliders and the tots. He goes back in the store and tells the girl. The girl tells the manager and the manager tells her my husband is lying and that he knows the order was correct. My husband told the girl that he will bring the bad back and they can look on the camera he only had one bag and the food was not correct. The manager refused to come out and talk to my husband after calling him a liar. He told them they could either correct the order or we would dispute the charge on the card. So after an hour and not having our order correct the first time they finally fix it. If this is the customer service you are going to have it will not be there long!

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had eating at a restaurant out here and I’ve been in this city for 6 years very disappointed gave us a dirty table cold food the service not very for the people

  I made an online order for pickup on Saturday (Feb 21) at 11:20 pm. I received a confirmation email with my order number stating that it would be ready at 11:40 pm. I sent my partner to pick it up. When he got to the restaurant at 11:40, the order was not ready yet. He noted that the restaurant was not busy and multiple workers were just standing around laughing. He waited a few more minutes and watched as other orders were picked up by people who arrived after he did. The workers stated that it was our wings that were taking so long. 30 minutes later at 12:10am, our order was FINALLY ready, and he drove the 10 minutes home. We immediately sat down to eat, and it was abysmal. We were missing food, the food we did get was cold, and we were missing multiple sauces. It was the worst experience of my life, and it was a complete waste of $140. I will NEVER be going back to this location.

  Our waitress was great,we never felt rushes to order and she never continued to ask if we needed anything she walked past our table and if she noticed our drinks were low she would ask if we needed refill. Because she walked by so often but never interrupted us, if we needed anything we asked and she was quick to provided. The food was good . My first trip to this Buffalo Wild Wings and I will be back. We will be back the next time in Athens

  I don't normally write reviews, but we had such a *terrible* experience last night that I had to share it. We arrived at 5:30pm and the restaurant didn't seem very busy - may half of the tables had customers. We ordered our food, and then it never came (nor did anyone else's). Our server came out after a while and told us that there were five orders ahead of us. Then she came back at various times to say it was almost time for ours or ours was almost done. After 45 minutes of this, she told us that the kitchen was backed up because they were doing so many to go orders. At almost an hour of waiting we were asking her if we would ever get our food. She finally brought out my husband's food (a wrap with fries) but told me my food (a burger and wedges) was still backed up on the grill. My husband ended up finishing his food and then I had to wait another 10 minutes after that to get my food. I have never been so close to walking out of a restaurant before in my life. And despite these ridiculous delays, they didn't adjust our bill at all. The only thing they did was offer us some carrots and celery during our wait. I will never go back, and I strongly encourage everyone else not to. It appears that their business model is to preference to-go orders over in-restaurant customers. I would have been understanding if the waitress had told us that a bunch of people had called out sick or something, but she told us that she'd went to the manager multiple times and that she couldn't make the kitchen prepare out food over the to-go orders. The food wasn't even very good. The wedges were really greasy - I could only stomach half of them, and the burger was fine, but nothing exceptional and certainly nothing worth the wait. It felt like a small step up from fast food. I would much rather have gone to a local chain like Locos or Blind Pig any day.
