  Awesome atmosphere for a sports bar in Athens with lots of tv and memorabilia. But bottomline, the service was terrible. Our order wasn’t entered into the system and it was only after we asked for a manager that they discovered the mistake. Server never checked after multiple tables around us got food even though they arrived after us. Another table got up and left after only getting their drinks and the table behind us also had to complain about their service. You would hope to chalk it up as a one off, bad night, but our friends who have been multiple times said the service has been slow for food. They did say drinks came quick from the bar. Managers did give a discount on the bill. The food was bland. Good size to the chicken wings but the wrap, grilled fingers and shredded chicken tots were about the same quality as an Applebys. When my wife says she’d have rather gone to Blind Pig (which she isn’t a fan of), that’s all you need to know. The coup d’etat was walking out, there were multiple tables that had not yet been cleaned up, something you expect to see at a low end buffet.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. We were seated quickly — likely because the place wasn’t busy, which should have been our first warning. We received our drinks in reasonable time, but they were only refilled once. After placing our order, we waited…and waited. The host came by to check on us and even asked where our food was, and we told him we had no idea. About 20 minutes later, our waitress returned and said the food should be out in 10 minutes. Instead, our meals finally arrived an hour after we ordered. The wings were cold, the flavors were wrong, and it honestly seemed like they had been sitting on the counter untouched the entire time. We were missing fries, tots, ranch, and blue cheese. My wife’s burger smelled awful — like old taco meat — and was hard as a rock. The waitress told us the kitchen had messed up the order and they were remaking it. Another 20 minutes passed, and when we asked again, she said they had made it incorrectly two more times and were trying again. The burger finally arrived 35 minutes after the rest of the cold food. We tried to eat what we could, but the food was cold and tasted off. Someone eventually came by to check on us, and after explaining everything, we received a discount — though the final total still felt high for the experience we had. We will not be returning, and I strongly recommend this place gets new management and better-trained staff. Throughout our visit, we saw managers and employees joking around in the kitchen while multiple tables, including ours, had no food. Not once did a manager check on us or address the issues. At one point, a customer even walked into the kitchen, hugged someone cooking, and then went back to sit at the bar — which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

  Should’ve checked reviews first, but seems to be a pattern. Hostess greeted us from a distance, took us to a table, 20 minutes later no wait staff had even greeted us nor bothered to take an order. Not even drinks. Table was even beside register and drink station. Multiple staff walked past table, we tried to even make eye contact, but seemed to be ignored. Needless to say we left, won’t be back. Restaurant was only half full and not busy at all To top it off, another hostess asked me on the way out how our food was, told her we were never served and she seemed indifferent, not concerned at all. Raising Cane’s came thru in the clutch though

  TRIED to stop in for lunch. I ordered Chicken fingers and potato wedges. My friend ordered a buffalo wrap. We waited for over an hour and we finally had to leave to go back to work. Server apologized but still charged me for my soft drink (while we waited for my food that never came). We were not alone. At least 75% of the customers had been waiting for approximately the same time.Beautiful location, but location needs re-training and better staffing.

  Having dinner here now (11/8/25). Cannot seem to have a good time due to the temperature in this place must be in the low 60's, maybe lower. When we told them about it, it sounded like there was nothing they could do. Just wait until it's winter time! Very uncomfortable. It will be awhile before we come back. I wish I had brought a jacket. Food took over 45 minutes to get once the order was taken. Food was only luke warm when received. Atmosphere was only average at best considering how cold it was. We was one lady go out to her car and come back with a blanket.
