These days it seems we pay alot for very bad food thru out the fast food industry but just wanted everyone to know Chad is working very hard to make positive changes to this location. - SPSurge Protector05Dec 28, 20251.0I don’t understand what is wrong with these Bojangles in Athens because it seems like they are all terrible, I made an online order and got there 10 minutes after the suppose time that it was going to be ready and my order wasn’t even ready to be picked up, not to mention the chicken tenders were burnt, they forget to pack the extra dipping sauce they we ordered, and they gave me a cheddar and egg biscuit when I order a Cajun chicken biscuit, how do you mess up all that when I ordered online!!! Pay attention people!!! I’m never coming to this Bojangles again!!

After having to pull ahead to wait for several minutes and get our food given to us by one of the most I dont care attitudes I've seen in a while the food order was wrong. Going back in given attitude for needing to fix their mistake was just icing on the cake.

They had me pull forward and wait for my biscuits. 5 other cars came and went as a sat there over the course of 15 minutes before going in to check for my food. None of the fry handles were down, which means my food wasn't even cooking. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me with no questions asked.
