  This is genuinely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I don’t usually leave reviews but every single experience I’ve had here has been terrible, I’m usually in a rush or id have my drink remade (and they still wouldn’t do it right. Not all workers are rude but most are and I’m genuinely annoyed by this place. Do better Dunkin.

  I have since moved an hour away and I miss this Dunkin location dearly. NO one made my drink like this location :(

  I always have to check my order before driving off, because they either get it wrong or make my sandwich sloppily, like missing an egg. They are always backed up and it took me 30 minutes to get my food today, thankfully i have no money left on my gift card so I won’t be coming back. Some constructive criticism for the manager who should be reading this: you and your employees are hired to provide a service to people, that is in the job description, customer satisfaction should be the top priority before a paycheck is.. this is what you signed up for.. if there is a whole line of cars going out into the street you’re not doing a very good job. If you are understaffed, hire more people! (competent people with good work attitudes). I will no longer be giving my time to this company, I will be only going to chick-fil-a from now on, where they are fast, efficient and kind!

  The workers were entirely unfamiliar with a very simple process they should be trained for, and when their incompetence came to light they acted annoyed, refused to be of any sort of help, and gave me an attitude. I ended up waiting ≈ 45 minutes to give them a single email because they wanted to serve every customer that came in after me rather than spend the 5 seconds required to get the email from me. On top of that, the manager gave me 6 half-dozens rather than 3 assorted dozens, resulting in me paying more than I should have, but I was so exhausted with their ineptitude that I didn’t contest the manager. Then to finish off the manager refused to give me a paper receipt saying that the invoice would have it.

  I always come to this place after I’m done with my donations to come get some donuts in the morning for work perfect staff
