  This is the most horrible Dunkin in the Athens area. The food is either burnt or half frozen and they never have the ingredients for the drinks that are advertised. The crew they had two years ago were much better than who they have now.

  Miserable employees, disorganized atmosphere! Been coming here for a while now, but today was the final straw. As soon as I arrived, I placed my order on the kiosk. The drinks were made within a few minutes, so I assumed the food would take a bit longer. I waited ten minutes before walking up to the counter to peak if my food was even being prepared. The blonde girl behind the counter saw me looking and asked me if I was waiting on my food, I said yes, and she told me it was gonna be a while and walked away, with a snarky attitude. No one else appeared to have their food either. The employees watched us wait on our food as they continued to work at a snails pace. Instead of making our food, I watched multiple employees making themselves drinks behind the counter. No one called out my order when it was done, I had to get back up while the same employee watched me walk over to attempt to find my food. The only person who greeted me with respect was the manager, Athens should not be proud of this service!

  I used to like this location but here recently ive noticed they dont change out their sweet tea, each time ive gotten it recently, it tasted spoiled and old, like its been sitting there for days, you can even smell it from the cup that it's old, i dont understand why they would serve tea that smells and tastes like this.
