I had a wonderful experience at Cava. yesterday was my first time trying it and everything went great. Food was great customer service great atmosphere was wonderful. Definitely want to give a 10 out of 10 for customer service I had a nice young lady named Savannah who did an amazing job assisting me and my boyfriend with our food order wonderful personality

The food is good. I usually never write review, but this getting annoying. Everytime I come here they are always out of something. The person that works there is always telling me “just to let you know we are out of this and this and this and this” like damn…but I go to other cavas I don’t need to worry about it..so just letting people know they are always going to be out of something.

So the food was not good nor flavorful. I was told everything was extra no problem. This is the only Cava I don’t like. They make it very hard to spend money here when the food is literally disgusting. The service was okay definitely skimped me on rice and add more veggies than I would like. Every time I come to this cava they are very skimpy and if you order double anything on DoorDash or Uber Eats don’t expect to get it because they are trained to not provide it and think you won’t come back for it

My wife has ordered from here multiple times times and almost every time she has ordered they have ran out of ingredients and just substitute it with whatever they want despite her being vegetarian. This most recent time she ordered I arrived to pick up her food and they were out of what she ordered again so I had to speak to a manager a manager and they said we could cancel the order and get a refund. We canceled the order and cavas customer service contacted us and said they’re sorry for the issues but unfortunately they can’t issue us a full refund due to their policy. So we don’t get a refund for an order we never received. Cava is ridiculous. We will not be ordering again.

I had one of THE BEST dining experiences of my life at this CAVA, thanks to Stephen and his incredible team!!
I live with Alpha‑Gal Syndrome, which makes eating out extremely difficult and quite scary. Stephen went far above and beyond to assure me, in a way I had never experienced anywhere else.
He personally plated every single ingredient for me from the back, untouched by front‑of‑house hands, and walked me through each step with kindness, patience, and zero judgment.
Not once did he or his staff make me feel like a burden or an inconvenience. They treated my situation with respect, understanding, and genuine care.
Stephen and his team are absolutely EVERYTHING that is good in the world! Their compassion and attention to detail made me feel safe, seen, and welcomed!
Sadly, that feels rare these days... However, because of them, CAVA will absolutely remain in my rotation. I’m deeply grateful for the way they showed up for me.
I'd give 50 stars if I could. Thank you so much again, Stephen!! You and your crew are the absolute BEST!! - ALL OF MY LOVE AND THANKS!!!
