  I want to lodge a small complaint I had looked forward to buying 3 dozen wings Saturday with friends after work . I got to the Broad Street parking lot and I am a recent amputee so I called in to place the order at 1105 and the hours advertise close at 12 am but I was told they could not take my order because THE KITCHEN CLOSES AT 11pm . I was very disappointed ! Why not advertise 11 pm closing ??

  I was so ready for a B-dubs to come to Athens, but I'm super disappointed with how this location is run. I tried it when they first opened, and it was a long wait, food took forever, service was terrible, but it was new so we waited a couple months before returning to try again. Next visit had no wait for seating, but food still took forever and service was so-so. Still working out the kinks? Maybe. We tried again on Saturday. Holy sheet. So bad. The dining room was half-empty, but we were told 20 minute wait. Wait actually was 43 minutes. After being seated, it was 5 minutes before the server came over. We put in food and drink orders. Drinks came 25 minutes later and food arrived after 65 minutes! The whole time I'm questioning my life decisions: Why am I here? Where did I go wrong in life to waste over 2 hours at a chain wing restaurant to get wings and fries?? Never again, man. Never again.

  Food was cold took two hours to come out and I’m not exaggerating we got there at 9 and our food didn’t come out until after 11 and it was cold server didn’t know what we ordered and after we sent them back for being ice cold they sent back the wrong food complete joke I wouldn’t come back.

  I placed my order online and when I came to pick it up I was brushed off by the lady at front desk. When someone finally came from the back to get my order for me he put all blue cheeses and no ranch even tho I ordered all ranch. We don’t eat blue cheese.

  We usually come here and get good service but tonight I think we probably got the worst service we’ve ever received anywhere. The server seemingly had an attitude the whole time, and wasn’t friendly at any point during our visit, and avoided our table at all cost. Honestly I think we saw the manager more than we did our server. So if the management sees this ZACK needs to be retrained or put in a different position. We didn’t leave a tip because of the poor service; had we gotten better service the man would’ve got a tip.
