  The drive thru is slow and annoying when you are n a rush. Literally sat in drive thru 20 minutes and only 2 vehicles in front of us.

  I sat in the drive thru lane for over 15 minutes and nobody was able to take my order. The location was not busy at all, there were only 2 cars in the parking lot and I'm assuming one was an employee. It is no wonder this location was closed before. The level of customer service when they do take orders is terrible

  Can anyone explain why you have to wait for fast food and pull forward when you are the only customer in line? Food is delivered and is clearly not freshly cooked yet you wait 10 mins and the person you get it from is oblivious

  Went in to get food only to see the manager walking around with his grey underwear hanging out in the front and back. Pants way below his waist. Not what I expect from a place where I have my kids with me. Bojangles needs a dress policy.

  This was the worst experience i've ever had at a bojangles.They have just opened not too long ago.And they probably will shut down, because the service and quality of food is really bad
