  I had a great experience at Wendy’s today thanks to an employee named Michael. We had a pretty complicated order, but he handled it perfectly without missing a single detail. He was extremely friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy and pleasant. It’s not always common to get service that good at a drive-thru, and Michael really stood out. Wendy’s is lucky to have someone like him representing their team. Thanks again for the excellent service!

  I’d give a negative 1000 if I could, work down the road from here have been coming here for almost a year now and so has coworkers, coworkers quit coming but I kept coming mistakenly. From serving bad food to not getting your order right to the service being just flat out horrible. Today I learned you have to pay for sauce but yet never had to pay for the past year coming here, I got my stuff and left, it’s not the fact of the price of sauce it’s the fact they tried to tell me they have been doing this for a year or longer….
