  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I placed an online order through the app, which clearly showed that the store was participating in the offer. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was told it had been canceled—without any prior notification. When I asked for an explanation, the staff member responded rudely and said they don’t “give free” items, even though the promotion was available online. The lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating, especially after making the trip to the store. Customer service here really needs improvement. If you’re not honoring online offers, at least inform customers ahead of time instead of canceling orders without notice. Not a good experience at all.

  Worst subway I have ever been to. Canceled my app order without notification. The people behind the counter have 0 customer service skills. Ignorant and lazy people.

  The mom and pop shop owner voided my order because I used my on line coupon. When I arrived at the store they refused to talk about it and said I can use the coupon at else where even though their app enabled it. Worst subway and rude customer service
