  Terrible experience today, if I could I would give zero stars with the way the employees treated my sister. I went to this subway location since it is so close to my home. This location had terrible customer service. My sister order a foot long sub with chicken and requested very politely for extra olives. The staff member that was serving us took 2 handful amounts of olives and DUMPED it on the sub. Immediately claimed that every-time we ask for extra veggies and that this action was a result of us asking for extra veggies. After this he continued to lecture that every-time my mom and my sister come to order they order extra veggies and expect them to close the sandwich. We never were upset or complained that a sandwich is falling apart, we just wanted some extra veggies. He was absolutely frustrated and continue to mumble that to all the customers that we waste time by asking for extra veggies. Extremely unpleasant experience. My sister was absolutely upset and tried to apologize for making this request, yet they were absolutely unapologetic for being unnecessarily rude. Anyone wants to go for a pleasant customer service location for subway PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. You will just end up being upset just for asking for extra veggies. I also want to add, when my sister asked to “please” remove the overwhelming amount of olives that were placed in the sandwich (I promise you I am absolutely not exaggerating when I say extra), they staff member took a handful from the sandwich and continued to place it back in the bin he got it out. This is a huge food violation, the olives were 100% contaminated with whatever was on the sandwich. Please do not go to this location if u want to have food in peace.

  I have been there 2 times and I just love because they change their staff and it is so clean and everything is so fresh and also they take all coupons which I love the most

  I'd give NO stars if that were an option! I'd strongly strongly advise people to just drive down to publix! This place must be owned by different people because the standards here have went WAY WAY down! I ordered 2 sandwiches and if you get tuna good luck! She barely put any tuna of course we didn't get a chance to even taste it because after telling my fiance how it was prepared we just threw the sandwiches away and considered it a lost of money! She was touching a receipt while touching everything on the sandwiches! Some people do not understand how nasty and toxic receipts are I suppose, but they are considered highly toxic! At Publix when you go they will only touch your food with their gloves on!♡♡♡ I had asked for one more tomato on the sandwich since there wasn't any on the last 4inches and was told no that's how many comes on a sandwhich she then rearranged the sandwhich with her hands! Just No No No! JUST GO TO PUBLIX!! They have a great staff and great sandwiches! I love Subway but DONT go to this one!!! THEY DONT CARE AT ALL!! I wouldn't go get food for my dog here not unless they drastically change their Standards! JUST GO TO PUBLIX! I'm saving you money because you won't have to just throw your food away if you go to publix you'll have a nice good clean sandwhich to eat!♡♡ Dont GO TO THIS SUBWAY!
