  I ordered a New York Strip, baked potato and a salad. The salad was terrible (salad dressing was awful). The steak was just ok. The service was awful.

  We probably only eat at an Outback once or twice a year, as we prefer to cook steaks at home (twice the quality for 1/2 the price). We both enjoyed our steaks (filet & Delmonico), especially as we asked for both of them with no seasoning. Sometimes Outback can put so much seasoning on it’s like eating a pot of salt & pepper ! We find the ‘Premium’ charge for upgraded sides to be hard to justify; add a small ramekin of butter/sour cream/cheese/bacon/onion to your INCLUDED baked potato and that’ll cost you more than $4 when you take in to account gratuity. The same to ‘swap’ a house salad with blue cheese for a wedge salad with blue cheese ? 😳 (OK, and a few bacon bits). We remember the good old days with Outback (Pre COVID) when cocktail drinks were large with great pours and portions of fries were enough for two. No longer, but that’s the same everywhere. Shrinkflation ! We left perfectly content with the quality of food provided compared with the price paid.

  Came with the family my husband order medium steak with the ribs and the steak was RAW at least half the waitress messed up my kids food with grills chicken and not chicken tenders we order the kids meal at the same time as drinks they got them after my husband and I who ordered atleast 15 mins after steaks at that. Kept bieng told would return w refills and would not I saw the other tables got more attention then us. We weren’t difficult I’m disappointed and service in general and food my kids were not happy with the food my two kids didn’t even want to eat anymore after the delay in food. My husband had to cut half the 8 oz away to the side due to the rawness. Overall we were disappointed we understand she had a lot of tables but we felt the less attentive table out of all.

  I forgot to take pictures of our actual meal but it was fantastic . I ordered the Queensland shrimp and chicken pasta and he got a burger . I wish I would have gotten the name of our service but she was beyond sweet and very attentive. From the beginning we were greeted with smiling faces and welcomed into a clean restaurant. Even the bathrooms were spotless . Our food came out on time and our waiter even brought me a cute little crocodile for my mocktail 😇

  Kent (I think that was her name) was definitely some of the worst service I've had in a long time. Took 15+ to get our drinks, which for bar drinks is still long but understandable if they're busy. There were like 6 other tables. I also watched her have to tell the bar what we ordered. She came back after those 15+ minutes with our drinks, left, came back again and said omg I never took your food order, I'll be back. Another 5 minutes. We ordered, no table touch between here and our food. Got our food, probably 20 minutes later. We were both almost completely done eating by the time she came back. My steak was under and my boyfriend was out of his soda over 10 minutes before this. She asks if he wants another coke. Another 5+ minutes, I see her empty handed. She goes back and gets his drink and by that time we're paying the bill to leave because we're both just ready to go. Food was good though. Just pray you get someone else or she steps up.
