- DSDiane Sexton2 days ago1.0I haven’t gone there since November. One morning I went thru the drive thru. There was a concrete garbage can to the side but in the drive thru lane. They had no lights on, no parking lots lighting either. I hit the trash can on the side of my brand new vehicle and it case damage to my driver door. The person on duty yelled at the person responsible for the trash. The manager called me several days later his name was Jayden. He said he would send to their insurance company. No one ever called. Horrible experience poor customer service from McDonalds? Unbelievably disturbing!!!!!!
