- KTKat TempleFeb 22, 20265.0UPDATE: I reached out as requested by the owner. The GM made it right! I appreciate the follow up and resolution! You have gained a loyal customer! I ordered 20 BBQ, 10 Lemon Pepper and 30 hot wings along with some sides. The order was ready for pick up which was <20 mins from when the order was placed. The wings were great! The Cajun corn was a little salty but otherwise delicious. And the fries were great as well. However, I was missing 10 hot wings. I called to inform the restaurant and they wanted me to return to pick up the wings they forgot to give me. No other compensation was offered. I am a disappointed that asking me to come back seems to make right where they did wrong. I asked if I could get the wings at a later time, I was asked to order in person sometime this week. While your food was good, I can’t say the service was good. I am not confident that I will be compensated for my missing wings.

- MGMatthew GuentherFeb 5, 20261.0Love the food but I had the worst customer experience ever at this location. Ordered 30 wings, fries, and extra ranch (big container size). Picked up the food. Wings were in an aluminum container and I was able to reach access and put on my passenger seat. I went to do the same with the paper bag but because it was soggy, the bottom completely gave out and ranch went everywhere. I mean everywhere. Into the ventilated seats, down the side and all over my pants. I went back inside, covered in ranch, with the bag and the guy refused to replace anything. Just an “I’m sorry sir but I can’t replace the ranch”. I was blown away. Everything dumped because it was double bagged. I just spent $110 to get the truck detailed.

Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
