From serving bad food to not getting your order right to the service being just flat out horrible. Today I learned you have to pay for sauce but yet never had to pay for the past year coming here, I got my stuff and left, it’s not the fact of the price of sauce it’s the fact they tried to tell me they have been doing this for a year or longer….

I asked if they could remake it, t manager declined. I asked for a refund for the food I never received, manager declined After waiting over a month to hear back from Wendy'e support they agreed to a refund in the store, but when I got there again the manager had me wait an hour in the store to then say she's too busy to deal with this and would not process a refund. Extremely rude management and staff, would not recommend spending your here.
