When I finally got someone’s attention to ask about using a promotion code sent directly by Wendy’s, the store manager responded rudely, saying, “We have issues with these offers,” and then turned her back on me mid-conversation to place another order. I was stunned by the disrespect and arrogance. I asked another employee for clarification, but they were equally unhelpful and claimed the issue was with Wendy’s app, not the store. The overall attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable — especially from management. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend that others avoid it until major improvements are made in staff training and professionalism.
