The man on the headset at the drive thru window was rushing me through out my order. He kept asking "is there anything else" instantly after I finished one item instead of just letting me complete my order. He was incredibly rude and giving an attitude whilst I was making the order and I was audibly was shocked and confused why he was being so rude. Me and my girlfriend just came here in a rush because we were on the way to the botanical gardens and this was our first time coming to this location. My girlfriend was also shocked by how he was talking to me. Im assuming the guy in the window was having a bad day or something. Half of our order was messed up, so im not sure if they were taking out their anger on us or not. We ordered a 10 piece nugget and only got 6. My girlfriend order a burger with no ketchup or pickles and they still put ketchup on it. Also our fries were barley warm. Don't come here if you want anything decent. I would never pay that much money to be given half my order and an attitude on the side. I would've went back to get a refund but we were already late to our reservation so we couldn't come back. Finally, I just realized that the guy never gave me my receipt. So I couldnt even get my refund if I wanted it. Worst experience at a Wendy's ever. Please hire more friendly cashiers. No one will do business here with that much attitude the second they place an order.
