  Order was completely wrong. Ordered a single combo with an unsweetened tea. Confirmed at the window and they had poured sweet tea. Correct tea prepared but it obviously had sweetener in it and the tea was spoiling, tasted bad. Burger was a double - again wrong size. Not happy and will NOT return to this location.

  I used to love this location. Food was always fresh, staff was always friendly, etc. I was a regular as I work close by. Tonight I came through and ordered a combo meal. Lady working the dirve thru on night shift refused to give me even one sauce with my meal without charging me. I have never heard of anything like this anywhere before. If you are that greedy that you will not even include one sauce with a combo meal, then you can keep your overpriced fast food. I will not be back. I hope one sauce cup was worth the business I have given you for over 2 years. You won't be getting anymore of it after tonight. Oh, and go figure the fries had been sitting out and were cold. Can't even compensate for the trash quality of the fries with sauce because they refused to give me any. Yeah, keep your overpriced crap.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was charged $200 for just two orders of chicken nuggets, which is beyond unreasonable and clearly an error. When I brought this up, the store manager was untruthful and completely unhelpful, offering no real assistance or accountability. No one should have to fight this hard to correct an obvious mistake. I expect a full refund and much better customer service, because this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

  In this world of record-breaking income inequality and unaffordability, it's nice to know there's a place where you still can get tasty, decent quality, and very affordable fast food with totally acceptable service. You're easily spending an extra $2-6 a person at McDonalds or Taco Bell for lower quality food. They are subject to being randomly busy, although that's not unique to them.

  The cashier up sized my order without my permission. I wound up throwing away most of the fries and drink. I had to ask for my receipt. My bag didn't have any napkins or ketchup in it. I was pretty much disgusted with the service at this restaurant. Would not recommend.
