Great time with the family on Saturday. We had bay 227 where a young black woman who’s name started with an M did an amazing job taking care of us, apologies but receipt didn’t include her name. Great location, great service and food. Second time there and will be back! Thank you for the great afternoon!

Normally I’m not one to leave a bad review but I would like to share my very short experience here at top golf. Me (18) my boyfriend (also 18) and his friend which is 17 went here on New Year’s Eve. I booked online in which it said nothing about age requirements after 9:00, I even went back and searched the website for any age requirements. After booking we arrived at top golf and went in, as we were checking in at the front desk nothing was asked about IDs age or anything. We go up to where our spot is booked and in my past experiences at the other top golf we visit at which is Buford we always have someone approach us and make us feel welcome. No one approached us until we were maybe 15-20 minutes into our game and the first thing he asked is if we were all 21 in which we said no and he asked for ID in which my boyfriend handed his first. He didn’t even take a glance at mine or his friends before saying “let me go get my manager”. He got the manager and came back in which she told us we couldn’t be there without someone 21 or older. The thing is he didn’t know we weren’t all 18 because he didn’t check the other IDs. The rule of top golf apparently is that if you’re under 18 you have to have someone 21 or older but we were told even if you are 18 you have to be with someone 21 or older. Which is very misconceiving considering he didn’t even check the persons ID that was actually under 18. I would completely understand if he did realize he was under 18 and that’s why we had to leave but to say we can’t be there because we’re 18 isn’t apart of the top golf policy. I understand there is a policy and the manager was very respectful and nice about it but I think there should be something about it on the web site before it’s payed for and IDs should be checked at the front desk to avoid what happened to us. And all IDs should be checked before being told it’s because we’re 18 and we need someone 21 and over.

I’m 19 and the person I had with me is 17 wouldn’t let us play because we both have to be over 18 such bs

My family and I unfortunately arrived during a shift change, and the experience went downhill from the start. After being seated at our bay, we waited for quite a while before having to ask someone to find our server. When she finally arrived, she seemed pleasant enough and took our drink and appetizer order. The drinks and appetizers came out, but one item was missing, and no one came back to check on us or take our entrée order.
After waiting, I saw our server talking with another employee and walked over to ask if we could place our order. She told me to wait a second, so I returned to our table. At that point, my family could tell I was getting frustrated. Eventually, a different server came over, and I explained that we had been waiting and had to approach staff multiple times just to get help. The response I got was that they were in the middle of a shift change, which I understand ,but that really isn’t the guest’s problem.
If the original server knew her shift was ending, a simple explanation like, “I’ll be leaving soon, but let me get your order started,” would have gone a long way. Instead, it felt like we were ignored and passed off to the next server without any ownership. Even then, when I expressed my frustration, the response was simply, “I just got here,” with no acknowledgment of the situation.
Because this is a timed experience, you only have so long to order and eat before your golf time runs out. If I hadn’t approached staff multiple times, we likely wouldn’t have had enough time to eat at all without feeling rushed.
Unfortunately, this will probably be our last time eating here. The golf is fun, but the service made the experience frustrating enough that we’d rather go elsewhere for food in the future.

I had my daughter birthday party here and we took 6 bays, Conner and his colleague took care of us with utmost care, very well organized. Sales Manager Heather was very helpful in planning, her experience in hosting the party helped me to choose right options in terms of food timing etc.
