My brother placed an order for pickup so I went to go get it, ended up placing a separate order that came out before the mobile order that my brother had placed. I asked if the mobile order would be ready soon, politely might I add, and was told “you shouldn’t rush us cuz we’re the ones making your food” CLEARLY NOT. it simply cannot be this difficult to assemble food and distribute it to customers who have paid for their food. Also, I saw multiple people who placed orders after I did getting their food before I left as even addressed at the counter. Not only was this an issue regarding the wait time, it was also an issue regarding customer service in general.
