  Ordered my food 20 minutes went by and other people who ordered later got their food so i asked and the guy just shrugs me off saying don't worry its coming without checking then another 20 min go by still no food so I have to ask again and some lady asks for the my name then just hands me a cup and walks off nothing else so I go sit down with my friends wait another 10 minutes see more people getting food haven't heard my name called and don't see any meals on the counter so I ask again for the 3rd time and everyone looks at me like this is new when its the 3rd time asking and ask for the order name for THE 3RD TIME the same lady walks up tries blaming it on me saying she called 2 crunch wrap supremea and that I should have been waiting but I had already been waiting there for 40 MINUTES and she should've called my name like they do everyone else not what I ordered and she should've called it louder cuz no one else I was eating with could hear her and she could've just left the order on the front counter like they do for everyone else where I would've seen it eventually and just grabbed it and FINALLY THERES NO REASON TO BE BLAMING THIS ON ME WHEN I HAVE BEEN WAITING AN HOUR ON MY FOOD AND HAD TO ASK 3 TIMES the employee service is terrible they all just seem to be working for a buck and don't care about the customers and can't do their job right

  The Woman working on Sunday 11/16 at 9pm might possibly be the meanest woman I have ever encountered. She was beyond nasty to me for absolutely no reason. Taco Bell is Taco Bell and you get what you pay for, I can handle all that. But her behavior was so shocking I thought I was being punked or something for a moment. But nope. No Ashton Kutcher or cameras, just a bitter old lady and her attitude.

  My man, Quinn, and I absolutely LOVE this Taco Bell. We live right down the road and it is super convenient. Everyone here is so nice. I wish I knew everyone's names to give them shoutouts, but the team member that sticks out to me the most that I could NEVER forget is Peggy!! She is absolutely so amazing. It is so obvious she loves her job and is so passionate about working here. She is an absolute gem. She elevates the experience. She is such a delight to see every time. If she is having a bad day, you would never know. She is always bright and cheery. Love your food and your staff at this location. Not worth rating you guys less because I absolutely adore you, however! My only qualm is that I love your burritos... but they rarely come back to me the way I order. I have dietary restrictions after undergoing chemotherapy. I often order a black bean and rice burrito with extra black beans but rarely get extra black beans. Not sure why, and I never say anything because I don't want to be a bother... but it would be awesome to get them. It isn't much of an upcharge but still, I would really like to get those extra! Again, not worth rating less because I love your establishment, but please help a girl out when I order them 🙏

  Drive thru black dude seemed to have a bad day. Could use some more customer service training. Cheer up! Chicken tenders were good but wrong sauce when it was not busy at all.
