  We waited for more than 20 mins drive through lane to pick up my mobile order. Drive thru lane was not moving at all and so parked in to pick my order at the counter. After I checked in at the counter, they took another 20 mins to get order. Taco Bell’s are very very slow in general, But Never seen this long wait at any other fast food restaurant, will never come back to this location and try to avoid other Taco Bell locations as well unless they speed up things. I placed my order at 7:20 PM and got my food at 8:00PM, not at all acceptable.

  My experience at this location was phenomenal. I ordered the soft taco combo and the soft taco supreme combo. Farahakn was the one who assisted me. She was very kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and that my food was fresh, hot and delicious. Thank you Farahakn for making my trip delightful. You all will definitely get more of my business.

  This place is literally my second home, the memories ive made here are truly the best. The food is yummy in my tummy and the vibes are immaculate. Especially with the goat Mrs. Peggy, she is the most amazing and welcoming person ive ever met. Love this place.

  We ordered from the drive thru and had a wonderful experience. Farha took our order and was quick, kind, and personable. Food and service were great. Definitely recommend this location.

  It was around 15-20 minutes before closing. I’ve never bought Taco Bell before, but since it was the only fast food open so late, I decided to try it out! I pulled up and was immediately greeted rudely. I could tell there was no customer service or kindness in this boy’s voice. I ordered my food, and requested a strawberry fanta. He snaps and says they have none. I replied asking what they did have and instead of telling me my options he responds with “Use your eyes to look on the LEFT side, or the RIGHT side of the screen.” I pause for a brief second because i am stunned and taken back from his response. I want to end this interaction quickly and settle for a coke. I then pull up, and he acts very sassy and witty. Not the same animosity attitude he had before, but an attitude as if he was BETTER than me. After receiving my food he then winks at me in a disrespectful manner. I also noticed he never gave me my receipt, or asked what size drink I had. I believe he gave me a medium or large. I now have no record of my pretense being there and I feel as if that was intentional. I feel harassed. He was a skinny black man with dreads. This incident happened either on the 8th or 9th. I believe on the 8th. Furthermore, I will never take my business here if this is how they treat their customers. After reading the reviews, I can see these are common occurrences that happen here. I recommend secret shoppers, shopping at night before closing to get a TRUE glimpse of who’s running this place.
