He gave me a wrong phone number for the manager, so he most likely gave me his wrong name too. Update: The manager Jay called me on February 19, 2015 at 1:46 pm and apologized and offered me a free meal. He assured me he will address my complaint with the employee, Darin. I am pleased with the follow-up from the manager.
