- SPSamantha PowellSep 1, 20251.0I came in around 3:15 to pick up an online order and I was treated horribly. The gentleman gave me the online order unsealed and the bag was wrinkled. I asked the gentleman for a new bag and a seal and he started yelling at me. I was so shocked, because every time I come in to pick up an online order, the ladies are so nice to me. I was so afraid of this gentleman, I had to step outside because he was screaming and yelling at me!! I hope he gets training on customer service.
