I ordered the shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, but it was far from what I consider true shoyu ramen, which was disappointing. The boiled egg was a salty seasoned egg, and there was only a small amount of green onions. The chashu (pork) was tender and good. While the flavor wasn’t what I expected, if I don’t think of it as shoyu ramen, I’d rate the taste three stars. The noodles were thick; I personally would prefer thin, curly noodles that hold the flavor better. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. It simply wasn’t the authentic ramen I had in Japan.

The inside is well decorated and had a great atmosphere. Our server was pleasant. Me both ordered the Beef Ramen (one medium spuce abd one very spicy). Mum gave yiy all the flavor with a tiny dash of heat. The very spicy will put some sweat On your nose. The broth was AMAZING! I loved the egg and verious veggies in the Raman. The seasoning for the beef is definitely worth ranting about! Between the food and atmosphere, this place is well worth the drive.
