  This place is an absolute joke. Do not order delivery. They use Door Dash now. Which has been fine for a little bit. But we’ve recently had several scenarios where a Door Dash driver will cancel after pick up and Papa John’s is not in a position to make the order right. They will continue to make new pizzas and ask that a new Door Dash driver come back out. But it’ll be stuck in that loop for hours. We have made the tough decision after ordering from here for more than 10 years…to never order here again. Dagwoods is near by, local, has its own delivery, and is far more reliable. Goodbye forever, Papa John’s. Take my Papa Dough credits with you. Absolute joke.

  Where's the beef? We ordered 2 Papadias, one BBQ chicken and the other Philly cheesesteak. The BBQ chicken was good, and had plenty of fillings including meat. But the cheesesteak was horrible. Hardly any meat at all, just a few hard, grissly scraps. You open it up and you literally wonder where the meat is! It looked like a plain cheese philly. Horrible! What a waste.

  Waited 3 hours for delivery called 4 times lied every single time . Told me that it’s on the way ..5 min .. waited 30.. callled again 3 min away waited 20 min.. continued lying and laughing at situation . Do yourself a favor do not order from here. I wish I could give a negative 10 stars. And I live 1.3 miles away gave a big tip and still nothing. Horrible experience

  We have ordered from here about once or twice a month for years (sometimes delivery sometimes carry out) and overall great experience. If something goes wrong they definitely try to make it right.
