I notified the staff again and they said they could brew some new but it would take some time. I explained that I cannot wait. No refund or alternate has been offered. I was left with my lukewarm coffee. When I left, no one started brewing fresh coffee. So I assume they kept selling lukewarm coffee. Very disappointing - for me and everyone else who was hoping to get a hot coffee and got just some lukewarm instead, for the full price of course.
