Have been going to this outback since it moved from jones bridge/state bridge road. Always had a great experience at the old location but since they moved locations every time I came it was always something, horrible service, steak always under or over cooked so I stopped going… why would I spend over $100 for something that was always a bad experience… it’s been about 1.5 years since I’ve been there and tonight I decided I wanted to try again… best decision I made today!!! I had the best server I have ever had in my life!! She was attentive, friendly, interacted with my kids, took my allergy seriously and made sure all of our food was how we ordered it… for the first time in so long I didnt have to send one thing back to the kitchen. She also made sure the kids had their food first because she actually listened on how I was planning on splitting it up evenly to the both of them. If you go here ask for Aulani!!! You will not be disappointed I will always ask for her and I could keep on giving her compliments. Literally she will not disappoint you with her service and compassion!!!

I gave 2 stars for this review in an attempt to bring the abundance of attention needed to the Manager on duty whom displays not only lack of awareness of where team work is needed but a very dismissive demeanor witnesses while dining at the bar which he seemed to avoid when an actual guest walked up with a valid complaint however found the time to stand over
a server taking a test . The witnessed staff interactions where extremely uncomfortable and alarming. Perhaps paying attention to supporting .Taking action with negative guests rather than shy away from ! looking down on staff rather than Boosting morale with them.
MR MANAGER SAT 21ST PM at the fast casual food chain I emplor you to do better! Being more relatable could be something you should start with!...
The bartender was great so we're the hosts .. The manager on duty can use a bit of help in humility.

The food was as expected.
Service was great
The 1 star review was based on the incredibly disrespectful interaction with several employees... to reprimand is one thing however in the presence of guests is more belittling & unproductive. NOT TO MENTION UNPROFESSIONAL

We come to Outback often and usually love it — it’s one of our go-to spots for family dinners. The food is typically great and the atmosphere is always welcoming.
Unfortunately, our Valentine’s dinner didn’t go as expected. My husband was brought the wrong size steak with his meal. Our server was absolutely amazing — so kind, attentive, and extremely apologetic. He truly did everything he could to make it right, and we really appreciated his attitude and professionalism.
However, it took over 45 minutes to get the corrected steak. By the time it finally came out, everyone else at the table had already finished eating, so my husband had to take it home. The next day, when he went to cut into it, he found a worm in the steak. That was obviously very upsetting and disappointing, especially considering this was meant to be a special Valentine’s dinner.
We understand mistakes happen, and again, our server handled the situation as best as he could. But between the long wait and the quality issue with the replacement steak, this experience was really disappointing for us — especially since we normally have such good visits here.
We truly hope this was just an off night because we’ve had so many good experiences before.
