Orders feel like an afterthought rather than a process. On top of that, they nickel-and-dime customers by charging for extra barbecue or ranch to dip nuggets—petty pricing that clashes with the brand’s whole value proposition. The soft-drink situation is equally frustrating: the self-serve machine is often down, forcing customers to ask for refills, which only compounds the slow service problem. McDonald’s succeeds when it’s fast, predictable, and cheap. This location manages to miss all three. Among nearby options, it’s easily one of the worst-performing McDonald’s in the area. If you want it harsher, funnier, or trimmed to fit Google’s character sweet spot, say the word.

I thought this to be odd that they’re not governed by any rules or accountability. They hold the lines and create problems for everyone that comes through the window. They have their own personal agenda. It seems like to me. I’ve tried this location several times in hopes that it’s not a consistent thing and maybe I just caught a bad worker but in reality after multiple complaints, I realize that this establishment will not do anything in reference to accountability. Please stay far away from this place if they don’t appreciate our business and for it to be a Milton location, they have the worst service ever very rude and been sitting in the drive to now for about 15 minutes at a McDonald’s stay clear from this place.
