However, I never expect to be told to pull into a parking space at the drive-thru window and after SIXTEEN MINUTES I have to go inside to inquire about my food. "We were just talking about that order," is what I was told. "Can I throw a pie in the bag?" Um, no, I don't want a nasty pie. I wait 3 more minutes and no action. I request a refund and the employees act like I am inconveniencing them. I never raised my voice, never pulled a "Karen". This entire experience proves me right; fast food is terrible all around.
