- NNnanaNov 8, 20251.0went to the drive-thru on a day that they claim is open 24 hours. i went up to the speaker, and was shocked to hear a guy tell me they are closed. i hadn't even gotten there that late (around 1am which is when i finished up my shift), so i was very surprised. there was also no apology attached to it, and i don't think it's difficult to just add a "i'm sorry, we're closed for tonight". i still would've been dissappointed, but at least it's more polite that way. the worker speaking instead, sounded annoyed and rude. if it says you're open 24 hours, i would like for you to be open 24 hours.

This is evidently one of those cashier-free stores, so there was nobody to remedy my order, or the 15+ people inside the store waiting for their orders too. You lost me forever, McDonald’s. Thankfully there’s a new Tim Horton’s coming down the street and a world class Chick Fil’A in the other direction. Do yourself a favor and scratch McDonald’s off your list. Total rip-off here.
