I give it a 3 because the service is not great (I give 5 if it is an impressively high quality experience all around, 4 for good food/good service, 3 is for good food/bad service or vice versa lol). It’s not rude service, just poor (slow, forgetful, inattentive, etc). But I like the food so I deal. The food quality does vary by location and this is a fairly consistent location so this is the only one I continue to go to. The food is always very fresh and the flavors are well balanced. The shrimp & grits is something everyone (without allergies) should try at least once. It was not something I would ever expect to be high ranking on my list but it is insanely good and may very well be one of their best dishes.

I think because they realized the food would be a quite a wait (all the tables got filled within 5 minutes of us walking in), but it was very sweet of them! Great taste, and absolutely great service! Will definitely be going back
