- ARA1 Renovation2 days ago1.0Food is terrible especially for the price they are charging. The pizza and wings are the most edible thing on their menu. Th manager didn’t really act like he cared that it took us going to the bar 4x just to be able to order and get drinks. We had to refill our own drinks. So after 300$ spent this was our experience. Bowling was fun that was about it. Do better main event! BTW DO NOT GET THE NACHOS 🤣
- MWMichael Wagner3 days ago1.0Our food arrived and one person in our parties food was incorrect. 40 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived so I went to the bar. Bartender was friendly and said she would get someone to bring it out. 10 minutes later the food arrived but was still wrong, we were told it would be fixed. After waiting over an hour and 15 minutes total, the food never arrived. The server was rude and said how did he get the order wrong if there are empty plates on the table. After he served us the food the first time, we didn’t see him again. We had to get our own pitcher of water from the bar. 75% of the arcade games either didn’t work or were missing balls despite taking credits. Was told laser tag was at 1030, no one showed up by 1040 so we left. The manager was helpful and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything else.

Where the hell was she to actually deliver our drinks? They were ice cold, so they literally JUST poured them. Again, an hour and a half after we placed the order. Ridiculous.

- JLJim Lowe4 days ago3.0Skee Ball only had 2 of 6 lanes working properly and the ones that didn't work were not marked resulting in lost money. Air Hockey had no puck so couldn't play that either. The food was good on this visit and server was spot on
