The Alphretta Main event place is really great place for spending time with kids and family or hangout with friends.

They don’t prorate the unlimited package to accommodate for this. Expect to spend at least $50/person, which is just not reasonable for a family of 4. If you go on a weekday it will be empty. That sounds great but makes for a lame laser tag session and the place feels awkwardly large.

When I called to add one to our reservation I wad told that they don't take reservations. I explained that I did it online. "Well, we dont know about that." I later received confirmation of the reservation via text. When I got there I went to the front gaming desk, the only onvious place to check in and ask questtions. I explained that I had a reservation but looking around could see that there were plenty of dining tables available. I asked if I should just select a table and the employee literally shrugged his shoulders. Once my party arrived it was not obvious if we should place our own order somewhere or if there were servers. We flagged an employee down who was obviously overwhelmed and couldn't do anything for us because another table was paying their bill. Um,ok. Another employee came over and entered our orders and activated our game cards. We asked some simple questions,like how much each game costs so we could decide how much money to load on our game cards. The "brand ambassador" was overwhelmed by this question and never did answer what we were asking. Someone from our party had to go look at the ohysical games. The games are charged based on credits, not dollars. When we asked how many credits came with the $20 package, again, employee literally shrugged shoulders. We tried to make the best of a very rocky start. We went to play the games after mediocre food. Many games obviously needed repairs. When we asked, the employees knew the games were not working right, but no signage so we lost money. They were obviously short staffed. They were poorly trained. Games not working right. Very disappointing evening.
