This was me and my partners first time at this restaurant. Upon entering we were very excited. I usually get steak but decided to order a burger with extra pickles which is the only way I eat my burgers, only to get my burger and not have one pickles. I sent the burger back only to be told they were out of pickles all together. This upset me because we had already waited for like 20 mins for the food to be cooked and my partner was already eating and he had to eat alone. I was going to order something else but the server was almost none existent. Wr had to ask for our drinks three times by two other servers. We didn’t get the candied bacon that was ordered either, this experience was absolutely horrible. After I left I had to go across the street to CFLA to get dinner. I wasted 50 dollars and my time. I can’t speak for everyone but I can say I will not be back. Managment should really do better smh

I hate to write a bad review but I feel people need to be aware of my experience. I’ll preface this with I love food and I’m not picky and never send my food back. I ordered the Protein Bowl with chicken and couldn’t finish it. The chicken was not chicken or meat for that matter. There were no striations in the chicken meat….just solid surface almost like tofu. It was so chewy I couldn’t break it down with my large teeth. I know lab meat is trying to make its way into acceptance and I’m pretty sure that’s what they are serving.

I live just three minutes from this location and have continued to give it chances, but unfortunately I’ve never had a good experience here. The service is consistently disappointing.
Today was especially frustrating — multiple staff members were standing around chatting with each other instead of helping customers. It felt like customers were an afterthought.
I really want to like this place because of the convenience, but the lack of attention and poor service make it hard to justify coming back. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue

We've been here a few times and it's hit or miss. For the most part the food is good. The problem we always seem to have is with the service. The last time we went and put our name on the waitlist for a table and was told it would be 15 minutes. Others came in and did the same thing. 20 minutes comes and goes as people are sat including people who arrived after us. 40 minutes after we arrive and we are still waiting. I walk back up to the hostess and ask how much longer and it turns out they had somehow overlooked our name. They sat us immediately but at a table instead of a booth as we requested. We will likely still come back but it's unfortunate that there always seems to be some hiccup like this when we choose to eat here

We recently dined at Lazy Dog and overall we had a good experience. We found the restaurant to be clean and spacious and the entire staff was friendly and inviting. The restaurant itself is nicely furnished and has nice decor with a cozy, lodge-like atmosphere. There was also a nice fireplace in the dining area which provided some supplemental warmth for the chilly evening and it enhanced the dining experience making it more enjoyable. Both my wife and I enjoyed our cocktails, but the food was just okay and could have been better. The food was not terrible by any means but the house bread had far too much garlic spread on it, making it soggy, and my Caesar salad was swimming in dressing. The main entrees were better and my son loved his burger and I also really enjoyed my seared Tuna on crispy rice but my wife stated that her fettuccine had way too much sauce so she only ate a few bites and didn't order anything else. Service was generally good, and our server was friendly and informative, but she she did disappear for long periods of time even though the restaurant was not busy. The restaurant lists its closing time as 11 p.m., yet servers began vacuuming the main dining area around 8 p.m. due to slowness, which was quite annoying. Overall, the atmosphere and drinks were enjoyable, but inconsistencies in the food took away from the experience a little.
