  The Good: The food here was excellent. We ordered the burger, chicken tender sandwich, and truffle fries, and everything was on point and delicious. Our waitress was also fantastic—attentive and professional throughout the meal. The Concern (Serious): We were seated near the fireplace and noticed a strong smell of gas fumes. When I alerted a staff member, he admitted there was a "small" gas leak and attempted to fix the smell by cycling the fireplace on and off. It was very alarming that the restaurant remained open for business in that section despite knowing there was a leak. This is a significant safety oversight that needs immediate professional attention. The Bill: We had one minor issue with a Pear Margarita. Our server warned us that the frozen drinks can be diluted, and she was right—it wasn't to our taste. She kindly offered to remove it from the bill, but we realized after leaving that it was still charged. We chose not to go back in to dispute it, but it was a disappointing end to the experience. Verdict: Great flavors and service, but the management needs to take gas/fire safety much more seriously.

  First visit to Lazy Dog. What a great spot. The fire was warm and inviting on this chilly winter day and the food was just the same. Could have stayed there all day and sampled the craft beer from Alpine, Wyoming. The server was sweet and efficient. My mom loved her wok chicken bowl, my dad had an amazing burger and I chowed down on the fried chicken meal with a smile. We will be back!

  I have been a fan since the restaurant opened this location. Food is always good but service has had highs and lows. Tonight food was very good. Onion rings were very greasy but all else was good. Service was stellar our server was Star and the name matched the service. She was by far one of the best servers I have had in any restaurant but happy to see she trains the new staff. I never had to ask for a refill as it was there before I needed it. I will ask for her going forward. If you have not tried this restaurant you should.

  I recently had an excellent experience at Lazy Dog, and I must share how delightful our visit was! From the moment we walked in, Brittney made us feel incredibly welcome. She was excited to hear it was our first time and took the time to walk us through the menu, highlighting all the fantastic options available. Her attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. As a lovely gesture, she informed her manager about our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary chef's chips accompanied by a delicious sauce definitely a treat! My friend ordered the Cuban sandwich, which was absolutely amazing with its perfectly toasted garlic bread. I opted for the chicken wok from the lunch menu, and I chose the sweet option. It was packed with flavor and incredibly satisfying. The atmosphere of the outdoor patio was also a highlight, making our meal even more enjoyable. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, and their hospitality made us feel right at home. We genuinely look forward to returning to Lazy Dog to enjoy more of their menu offerings. Highly recommended!

  First time there… my son really wanted to try it. Drove up from Athens. Do not get the smoked trout dish. Nothing about it was smoked and tasted like a sour cream mayo mixture with little piece of fish in it that you couldn’t taste. Waiter stopped by the table three times out of the over hour we waited on food. Once to take order, once to fill 2 glasses of water, and last to bring check which he brought right away after he disappeared the entire meal. Husbands said bison burger was good at most yet cool in the middle, fries were like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. Son got their version of French dip which he said was ok and gf got grilled cheese not hard to mess that up. The best thing was the bread appetizer which tasted like glorified pizza dough crust. Atmosphere was nice inside but loud. No thanks Lazy Dog.
