We visited there for team lunch this afternoon. We ordered lot of dishes but utterly disappointed when food arrived, chicken karahi had stale chicken, butter chicken full of food color, malai kofta was nothing but kadi pakora. Service is too slow for added service charges. I wont recommend this to anyone who want to have good hygienic food in Alpharetta.

I can’t say enough good things about Khan’s Kitchen. I’ve been three times in the past three weeks, and every single visit has been outstanding. The food is packed with flavor, fresh, and consistently delicious. You can tell everything is made with care and authentic spices — nothing bland or watered down here.
The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you want to sit, relax, and enjoy your meal. This is easily the best Indian food I’ve had in Georgia, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite places to eat.
If you’re even thinking about trying it, do yourself a favor and go — you won’t regret it.

We’ve been here a couple of times before and have enjoyed a few dishes, which is why we decided to come back for dinner. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing.
We ordered the Malai chicken, Nalli Nihari (spicy), Naan, and later the Mutton dum biryani. The malai chicken was mouthwatering and definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the Nalli Nihari was extremely disappointing. It was mostly gravy overloaded with raw green chili paste. It was so spicy that we could barely eat it. Half of the meat was missing from the bone, and unlike previous visits when they served it with white rice, this time they didn’t, even after we asked.
To balance the heat, we ordered the mutton dum biryani and this is where I want to caution others. Please do not order the mutton dum biryani. It took about 40 minutes to arrive, and when it did, the portion size was shockingly small, barely half a bowl. After digging through it, we found only 4–5 very tiny pieces of meat and a lot of fried onions. It tasted like flavored rice with fried onions and almost no meat For $22, it was an absolute waste of money.
Very disappointed with this experience. Not sure if we’ll be coming back again.

Serious Hygiene Concerns. We Decided To Leave.
Heard the food was good so decided to try it, despite knowing it’s priced on the higher end. Arrived for an early dinner with only three tables occupied, so we expected attentive service and a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the experience fell short, and what we observed was concerning.
After being seated, no menus were provided. We waited several minutes and had to ask, and even then, it took two requests before menus were brought to the table.
When asking about ingredients for one dish, our server gave three different ingredient lists across multiple attempts, even after checking with the kitchen. Each time the description changed, and additional ingredients only came up after follow-up questions. That didn’t inspire confidence.
The dealbreaker, however, was a staff member in the dining area who repeatedly used a reusable cloth to blow her nose while wearing food-service gloves. I personally observed her continue service with those same gloves while carrying food from the kitchen to the tables. This was disturbing to witness and raised serious hygiene concerns.
When I attempted to document this on video, she appeared to notice and adjusted her behavior. The video captures her handling the cloth while gloved, though not the full sequence I observed.
Given these concerns, we chose to leave and do not plan to return.

We visited this restaurant on a weekend and, unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. After being seated, we waited nearly an hour for our food to be served. The staff seemed extremely slow and were not attentive to the tables. We had to repeatedly ask for water, and even then, it took another 10–15 minutes for glasses to arrive.
While the food itself was genuinely good and flavorful, the service experience really took away from the overall visit. Several guests walked in, waited without being attended to, and eventually left. It was clear that the team was overwhelmed and struggling to manage the weekend crowd.
I strongly feel they should consider hiring more professional staff who can handle busy situations more efficiently. No guest should feel ignored while seated at a table.
If you’re planning to visit, I would recommend going on a weekday to truly enjoy the food without the frustration of long waits. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to return on a weekend.
