  Quite loud. The music is loud. The staff is loud and arguing with each other. One walked out and the others were still yelling to each other talking about the incident. Not very relaxing.

  I went to this location on Superbowl Sunday afternoon and I was impressed by T, the night manager! I walked in and she was the only person working and had a lot going on as you can imagine. She greeted me, said it would be a minute, and she was very nice. I totally understood her being so busy as it was Superbowl Sunday and she was by herself when I came in. She took my order and was very personable while taking care of everything. She apologized for the wait even though it was not her fault, I let her know I was in no rush and it was no problem. With online/pickup orders coming in, she still had a conversation with me while she was trying to get my order taken care of. Attention Jimmy Johns......take care if this lady and give her a raise!!!

  Stopped by Jimmy John’s today and Arianna made the whole visit great. She greeted me with a smile, moved quickly through a busy line, and got my order exactly right. The sandwich was fresh and wrapped perfectly, you can tell she cares about the details. Big thanks to Arianna for friendly, efficient service; she’s the reason I’ll be back.

  No drivers after 3pm on weekends?! More and more jimmy johns locations are getting worse in terms of staff and service. Do better.
