He became very upset when I saw him cleaning the shake machine. Then he attempted to make my shake with the same cup he was filtering the machine with. I saw him wipe the cup twice against the machine. It was disgusting to think he wouldn’t consider giving me a new cup. When I proceeded to ask him why he told me to have a good day! He completely dismissed me with no regard for cleanliness! I will not be going to this location again. I wonder what other nasty habits the restaurant may have. Very sad smh it had become a favorite stop for lunch.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
