- BMBrooklyn MarzFeb 15, 20261.0On February 12, 2026 I ordered a cheeseburger 🍔, fries and coke. The bill came to $23 62. (Order# 75) It was thee worst order that I've ever had from a 5 Guys. First of all the sandwich had 4 pieces of chopped onion, 5 pieces of bag shredded lettuce, and 2 checkers size tomatoes. They wrapped this nightmare of a cheeseburger like a cast in foul so tight that I had to peel it off!!! The fries appeared yo be re-fried.....possibly? The only think that I would boast about was the coke!!! I am fortunate to have frequented the first ecer 5 Guys in Arlington, Virginia.back in 1986 when I worjed at the Pentagon. I met all of them. IT WAS GREAT!!! I hope that what I experienced at this location is going to be the new norm. I asked to speak to the Manager at thi location and was advised that there was no Manager in site. They gave me a name for the district manager but they only gave me a first name, but no number in which to call him. This location SUCKS big time. My advice would be......BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have been a loyal customer for 40 years and I never thought that I would ever be leaving this harsh of a review for 5 Guys.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
