Atmosphere is dark, the fountain machine was broke, there was no tea available. The staff seemed miserable and not wanting to be there. Have always loved Einstein; however, surprised this location is still in business.

The sandwich was cut uneven and not all the way through so I had to rip it myself. The bagel was dry and tough with barely any of the sauce I ordered. They gave me a big chunk of the end of a tomato that I had to remove. The bacon looked as if they just picked the scraps that broke off actual pieces. There wasn’t any creamer out for me to make my coffee so the worker had to bring it out and then it was only half and half mini cups.
