- MGMike GuerraJan 16, 20263.0It took me some time to decide whether to leave this review, but here it is. In the early morning hours (around 6:00 a.m.), the staff is not very welcoming. When I pulled up to the intercom, the first thing I heard was, “How can I help?” I paused and said, “Good morning,” but received no response. When I pulled up to the window, I was also not met with a friendly face, which was disappointing. Because of this, I now drive an extra seven minutes to the Highway 9 Dunkin’ in Milton, where the staff is consistently more welcoming. I hope customer service can be improved so I don’t have to go out of my way just to get coffee. On a positive note, the service is fast, but friendliness and customer interaction definitely need improvement.
