Then I was told to wait, we waited 2 min, and our order was taken I asked for 2 small caramel coffees with extra cream and sugar. Mind you I’ve worked at a dunkin so I know a small is 2 creams 2 sugar when I said extra I only wanted 1 more of each so 3 cream 3 sugar. It was so overly sweet and granted yes maybe the extra means 4 of each but they could’ve asked. I couldn’t even drink the coffee. I ordered a chocolate glazed donut when I opened the box it was a chocolate frosted chocolate glazed. I told the person I didn’t ask for that and was told we dont have anymore and to just scrap it off.

The morning crew is phenomenal and know my order by heart, especially if Steven is working that morning. The morning crew is top notch hands down! The weekend shift is the polar opposite. They're inconsistent and unfriendly. I've had two bad experiences within a 2 week time span from the weekend, specifically the Sunday crew, that is making me rethink visiting this location. Great service during the weekday, poor weekend service.
