- YMYouness MamouniFeb 9, 20261.0I order this morning coffee from that location she didn’t ask me about the size of the drink when I reach the window to pay she said the price of medium I told her it’s large size then she updated and charge me of large size then when she give me the coffee I find that the size of the cup it’s large but quintet of coffee only medium with more whipped cream and my wife notice the same , but it’s very bad to scamming customers this is my last time to be there .
- MGmaladine gJan 2, 20261.0The place looks messy- tables not wiped, apart from that staff was not friendly and was rude when we asked questions about their drinks and food, when we received the food it was burnt and low quality, when we complained to the manager he did not offer to remake it he simply said “that’s just the way it it” and another staff looked at the manager and laughed making a sneering comment saying “that’s just the way it is”…. Just rude especially to new customers. I will not be coming here ever again nor will I recommend anyone else to unless they want disrespect and no customer satisfaction…. Unbelievable in this day and age.
