- MGmaladine gJan 2, 20261.0The place looks messy- tables not wiped, apart from that staff was not friendly and was rude when we asked questions about their drinks and food, when we received the food it was burnt and low quality, when we complained to the manager he did not offer to remake it he simply said “that’s just the way it it” and another staff looked at the manager and laughed making a sneering comment saying “that’s just the way it is”…. Just rude especially to new customers. I will not be coming here ever again nor will I recommend anyone else to unless they want disrespect and no customer satisfaction…. Unbelievable in this day and age.

I go inside to see what was going on, I am greeted by a teenage girl, who proceeds to tell me they are out of the drink I wanted, I ask for a refund, she tells me ; “since you did it through the app, you have to go through the app for a refund” as she is smirking like something was funny- I try to explain to her that’s not how it works, I ask for the manager- no surprise, no manager there. Corporate/Leadership for DD- Clearly a grotesque disconnect on the training portion, or maybe the wrong people for the job? clearly.
