The store was recently renovated and looks great — clean, bright, and welcoming. The owners and staff here are truly exceptional. Service is always fast, and everyone is friendly and ready to help. Once, I accidentally placed a pickup order for another location for a school event. I was worried about getting to the other store in time, but the owners immediately stepped in, fulfilled my order at a discounted price, and even offered to help if my online order didn’t get refunded. That really meant a lot. They consistently check to make sure our drinks are made to our liking — and if not, they remake them with a smile and at no extra cost. We also love how well they treat the high school students who work there. I once saw them kindly reassure a young staff member who made a mistake, reminding them it’s all part of the learning process. It’s rare to see such care, patience, and encouragement. Overall, we love coming here for the warm atmosphere, great people, and good food + drinks. This Dunkin’ isn’t just a coffee stop — it feels like a community space. Highly recommend!
