My daughter will not touch anything with onions or peppers on it. So we ordered her a Spinach feta pizza and paid EXTRA for the chicken to be added. IT ARRIVED WITH NO CHICKEN AND LOADED WITH ONION. I sat on the phone calling them for a total of 45 minutes listening to their ads screaming in my ear and giving me a splitting headache. After countless calls, they saw my number on caller ID and sent me straight to the survey after about 5 minutes on each call. MY DAUGHTER HAD NOTHING TO EAT. They couldn't even be BOTHERED and wouldn't even answer the phone. Needless to say I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. Not only was the order wrong, I paid for something I did not get but I was so insignificant as a customer that they couldn't even bother to answer the phone. THIS DID IT FOR ME. NO MORE DOMINOS. If I don't matter, THEY DON'T MATTER. I want to know who the "manager" was on Thursday on 1/8 in the evening. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

The poor guy said they are $14.99. I said that's not the advertised special. He did not know what to do. He must have been new. Again the manager just ignored the situation. I said maybe it's an online only special so I tried to order online but no special. I called the restaurant and an AI bot answered an offerred 2 large for $10.99 which was fine but couldn't place the order. A human finally answered the call and took my order. Why is it so difficult to order a special? Don't offer the deal unless you're going to honor it. How sad that with all the technology for ordering pizza that human beings are no longer able to communicate at this store!
